 CUnifiedNetwork is the handler for all messages between service on Network Layer 5. It handles both sending and receiving of messages and calling the appropriate Callbacks when a message is received.
 CUnifiedNetwork is a Singleton class and Callbacks are added in arrays of TUnifiedCallbackItem using the addCallbackArray function of CUnifiedNetwork.
